He didn't read about transformation. He lived it.
And now he helps leaders do the same — from the inside out.
Treveal is a transformational keynote speaker, leadership capacity coach, podcast host & bestselling author.
The Story Behind The Framework…
Treveal didn't start with a platform. He started with a problem — a gun to his head, being willing to end his life for less than $100. By 20, he was homeless, in and out of jail, addicted to drugs and carrying conclusions about himself that nearly cost him everything.
"The conclusions I carried about who I was determined every decision I made — until I learned to lead the voice that was leading me."
That shift — learning to lead himself first— became the foundation for everything.
Today, with 25+ years of effective leadership experience and the iAM3 Framework™, Treveal captivates audiences across corporate, faith, and education stages, — helping high - responsibility leaders redefine the inner conclusions shaping how they communicate, perform, and lead — all because he learned to master the most overlooked skill in leadership: intrapersonal communication.
My Total Transformation…
By God’s grace, I survived the emotional weight of growing up overweight, stuttering, and being bullied. I endured sexual abuse and the absence of both parents — a leadership void in my home that left me searching for identity in all the wrong places.
By 18, I was addicted to drugs and alcohol. By 19, I had dropped out of college and was homeless. By 20, I had been to jail twice. And at my lowest point, with a gun to my head, I was willing to end my life for less than $100.
No one would have chosen me to lead anything — including myself.
After a spiritual awakening and hearing the world’s most power 4 words, I stand today as a husband of 26 years, a father of four amazing adult children, an ordained pastor, professional keynote speaker, certified leadership capacity coach, podcast host, 2x certified personal trainer, 3x published author and corporate leader earning 100k+
My journey is living proof that radical transformation — a sense of self-worth, a high quality of life, and the capacity to lead others — is available to anyone the moment they discover what they truly are.
